Our Process

With our passion for personal care and beauty manufacturing, we offer our clients a complete solution, from product development all the way to the shelf. Our tried and tested process has been developed over 35 years to give our customers the very best service and results.

Step 1——Manufacturing Brief

Manufacturing Brief which will allow us to determine exactly what you require. This includes brand ethos, active ingredients, product and packaging requirements, desired function, texture, size, containers, and order quantities. If you are unsure on any details, our team will be on hand to help.

About Us

Step 2——Discovery Meeting

Once we have reviewed your brief, we will show you a selection of our products and discuss and outline your range. We will supply a clear quotation and critical path, to outline the schedule for each task, from product development, testing, through to filling and packaging.

Step 3——R & D Meeting

When you are ready to proceed, our development team will finalise the finer details and then enter into a non-disclosure agreement. In most cases research and development takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the number of products and complexity of the formulations.

Step 4——Product Samples

We love this part! We now get to present you with our research and product samples for your feedback. We can then make any adjustments needed, and when ready, you can approve the samples, ready for testing.

Step 5——Product Testing

To assure your products are of the highest standards, they will go through rigorous testing including stability and Microbial Challenge testing. We also offer HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Test), Claim Substantiation testing and cosmetic legislation Safety Assessments. These tests usually take between 4-6 weeks.

Step 6——Production

Once you give us the final approval, we can now order your raw materials and packaging, ready for production. Production can take up to 4 weeks, depending on variants, with additional time for packaging and any specialist ingredients. The additional tests are recommended: Microbial Challenge testing, HRIPT (human repeat insult patch test), Claim Substantiation testing and cosmetic legislation Safety Assessments.

Step 7——Delivery

Your products will be dispatched from our on-site warehouse to your desired fulfilment centre or warehouse.














